I guess I try sometimes, but it is quite difficult to find that kind of clothes where I live. I could ofcourse shop via internet, but i dont know much abot that. And it is a bit expensive for me.
And here, people can go to school dressed in whatever they want to, so that's not a problem to me. But the other kids here don't take it positively. When it comes to my parents, they don't get angry or anything, but they obvously don't like it. I guess they gave up. |

I'm a VK female and have been for many years now (although I'm new on these forums today... hello! ). That's not to say I dress VK all the time, because it's just not practical, haha. ^_^;; But then I don't think even renowned VK artists are fully kitted-out constantly anyway. But yeah... I have a fairly visual wardrobe and because I'm an artist by nature I like to experiment with my look. I don't have a lot of money to spend on clothes and products though so I tend to improvise a lot.
I'm also the vocalist and visual director for a UK-based visual kei band called Machina Shogunate. It's early days for us so don't expect too much but feel free to check us out. We really appreciate having new friends/supporters for our cause! Oh, and we call our movement "Gaijin Kei", hehe. MySpace.com - Machina Shogunate - UK - Visual / Alternative / Classical |
