I don't know if there is already a thread on this, but anyway.
How old on average is your average harajuku girl? I was just browsing through the gallery on the Home Page and to be honest some are cute, but I can't tell if they're any older than like 15 or not. So does anyone know or care to make an educated guess?

Hey, I'm 19, 15 is too young and illegal.
And to be honest target ages are vague because lets face it people of all ages get into different things, for example I've seen a 50+ women at an MCR concert (not that I am proud of the fact I was at an MCR concert).
