green tea ice cream is really yummy. and i frequently make homemade chocalate green tea cupcakes. so oishikatta!

I basically like anything green tea flavored, especially hot green tea with honey. it pees me off though that everyone's drinking lipton green tea now. it doesn't even taste like green tea!

Is there much difference between CHinese and Japanese green teas? I have a couple of boxes of sencha Japanese tea, which is lovely and delicate, but I get confused when I go to my local Oriental shops and there is so much stuff that I don't know what is what.

I am kinda split 50/50 between green and black teas. I love sencha, but I also like several orchid teas that are black or green. I used to drink lots of jasmine tea, until I was introduced to pouchong (same tea without the flower). In fact, there is a whole shelf of my pantry reserved for tins of various teas (Japanese, Chinese and British).

But at the office, where I go through continuous cups and loose tea is a hassle, I tend to drink a real cheap black (Bigelow's Raspberry flavored black tea) or an herbal mint infusion.

Though as a child my nanny taught me to drink milk/cream and sugar in my tea, I will swat the anyone who comes near my cup with either one these days.
