Last night was an experiment with leftovers.

Ramen noodles (from a instant pkg I didn't like the broth for) cooked and chilled before mixing with ume-boshi Chazuke. Not bad at all, but the ramen needed to have been cooked in a broth with some sort of flavor.

Sides: bettarazuke and shibazuke (always good!)

Actually, the last Japanese dinner I had was a couple years ago at a Japanese steak house. The best grilled shrimp and streak I think I'd ever had with a side of fried rice. I've been dreaming about it ever since.

At some restaurant about a month ago.
So delicious... a big bento box with sushi, tempura shrimp, teriyaki chicken, white rice, vegetables, miso soup and a couple other goodies I cannot remember.

A delicious lunch with left overs for a delicious dinner.

The menu looks awesome, a few things I haven't yet eaten are listed so I'll be ages making my mind up on what to eat! Many thanks, I'll be making my way there next time I'm in London!

Super sushi with crab, scrambled eggs and salmon. I recommend Polish ogórki konserwowy (pickles/gherkins) too.
