The other day I made sushi and tofu miso soup for dinner

I'm pretty content with life right now....For the most part, anyway....Well, at least, I'm pretty sure I am....

I made some ramen from scratch for the first time today. It was good but it took way too long to make. I need to find a rolling pin as well, rather than using a wine bottle with some wax paper on the side . The wine bottle worked okay, but I just couldn't get it as thin as a wanted, leading to overly large noodles. Here's the final product though. There weren't any fresh greens in the house unfortunately, but there was some left over pork in the fridge which worked very well .

It was very good.

Since I have my Tamago-Pan, I make this food at least once a week
