My Mom was an excellent cook and Dad was ok, except for his choices. but my ex mother-in-law was one of the two worst cooks I eve met. Her two sons once said to me that they were away in college before they ever saw vegetables that were not GRAY. She was also the only person could roast a whole chicken on an outdoor grill and have the meat powder dry without een slightly browning the skin. I still haven't figured out how she did that, but I figured out real quick that I didn't want to eat it. It was like putting raw flour in your mouth - suddenly saliva didn't exist, just this chewy, tasteless clump in your mouth.

My dad rocks. He is a boss at a college, but everyone knows him as "Chef Bobbie" cause he is always in the kitchen cooking. Cafeteria food...but at least it doesn't make them and me puke~
My mum made spaghetti one time...and weeeell...I wont touch the stuff anymore. I never knew how bad the wonderful noodles could get *shudders* She makes a mean pot-roast, though and i can make pancakes! chocolate unicorns and rainbow donkeys everyone...:] mistress: deathnotegirl
