it's used to cleanse your palate inbetween different pieces of sushi~

(by cleansing your palate, i mean that it removes any after taste of the thing you ate last so that the next thing you eat isn't going to be diluted or masked)

interesting.....I didn't know that one....

I knew that they put sprigs of some herb into soups.....(of which the name eludes me for the moment) so that you won't develop worms in your stomach.

But here's what I made last nite, some Italian Bread & Parmesian Chicken!!

It was delicious! (i think my friends only like me for my cooking, ssshhhh)
