If you like chilli, make sure you pick the Korean made pot from the local supermarket, not the Japanese.

I found the Japanese Kim Chi was a very poor substitute lacking flavour.

Fried Gyoza. Use Sesame Oil, White Vinegar and Soy Sauce mixed for sauce.

A bowl of rice.

Some Kim-Chi in a seperate bowl.

Wash it all down with a nice cold glass of OOlong (spelling) tea
