What is your favorite Japanese food?

I had Korean cuisine last week. Had beef with rice in gravy Korean styled.
Didn't recognize more than half the things in the pot XD But it was pretty good... I guess..

hmm, i <3 onigiri, sushi, ramen, yakitori, tempura, MISO soup, japanese super sour sweets and just japanese rice in general XD

The only REAL Japanese food I've eaten is Sushi and Ramen!! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Sushi!! Wasabi = YUCK!!!!!
