GYOZA! and yakitori. I could pretty much live on them. I haven't tried any good sushi that I liked, mainly because I want to make sure that it's good quality sushi and doesn't have that old fishy smell. I also love japanese rice. I could live on rice, gyoza and yakitori and be happy for the rest of my life.

Ditto. Salmon Sushi, despite being one of the cheapest, is my favorite.
My second favorite would be hamachi and bintoro. Tuna is only tasty if its expensive, so i dont get to enjoy it as much. Japanese and Asian snacks and food store in the U.S.. Tasty microwavable rice starting from 50 cents. |

I know it is quite hard to believe but... I've never been to a Japanese restaurant. o__X I have eaten sushi, tofu and others, but honestly they didn't taste that good. I think I'm way too used to mediterranean food, I'd have a hard time living in Japan since I dislike raw meat (that includes fish), and I would only live on rice.
everything is relative and contradictory ~
