I love many and I will bother myself to list them..
takoyaki
kare!!(curry)
udon, and curry udon is awesome
korokke, the one I ate when I was at Japan was horse meat.
tempura
tonkatsu and katsudon.
yakitori
oden
shabu-shabu and sukiyaki.
