There's this small Japanese restaurant around my house (who's chef is Spanish, lol) that makes really good tempura. They seem to make everything tempura; my favorite there is their sweet potato tempura with yakitori and rice.

Okonomiyaki.
every kind of Maki.
Tempura.
Ramen.
Takoyaki.
Oyako don.
... basically everything except Natto.

(oh, I ate some excellent thik ramen in Kawaguchi-ko. They were called Ha-something.. or was that ho-something?? I don't remember, but they were classic.)
