I've loved natto ever since my first ever Japanese classmate introduced this to me. I used to have a recipe to ferment natto by myself too. But, too bad that I lost the recipe. My favorite way to enjoy Natto: Mix some freshly sliced green onion, beaten raw egg, soy sauce and (optional) very little wasabi to natto, and enjoy it with steaming hot rice. I consider this as one of the best treat I could ever give myself in a winter day, or actually any time of the year.

Takoyaki! i love it so much. :3
especially if it's still really hot.. you eat it all right away and then chased down with ice cold coke. it's the bestest~ ^_________^ (Anyway, have some fun!!)

i haven't tasted natto.. but i don't like wasabi and that radioactive stuff that comes with your sushi, you know? it's bright pink and my friend said it's supposed to be ginger. T___T
