I agree with a lot of those...especially number 1. I like Osaka-style okonomiyaki. But Hiroshima style (with yakisoba) is good, too.

MMM & XYinnieX thank you for the comments. I do love me some Japanese food. I'm lucky my wife can cook almost everything that I love to eat that is Japanese so I'm good to go!!!

Pocky, Ramen, Meat Buns, Sushi, and Milk Tea Ice Cream (i'm not sure what it's called but it tastes like iced tea and it's sooo good. All i know is it has 'milk tea' in the name and that it's ice cream).

As a vegetarian I have a smaller choice of Japanese food to choose from, but still I like many different things (a lot actually )
I like Cheese Okonomiyaki Osaka style. Oh and Hoba Miso (Tasted this in Takayama). And just all different kinds of udon and soba, as long as it is without meat or fish. And I really like a good bowl of miso soup now and then. (My friend didn't, she thinks I am weird for liking it ).
