It's not difficult at all. See, I eat them crushed up.

There's no right way to eat them but...they wouldn't really be noodles anymore -.-;; Noodle soups are about slurping up all the yummy goodness

. It would be considered strange to eat it otherwise in Asian countries though...

DAMN I'm hungry for Taiwanese style ramen with basil now! I hate all of these food threads with a passion! Draw me in like a moth to fire and make me hungry, that's all they ever accomplish. DX
