If possible, try to buy frozen ramen from japanese markets. They taste much better than chicken or beef flavored maruchan cup noodle they sell at ralphs.
If thats not possible and you would rather have instance noodles, my favorite is Akai Kitsune or Donbei. And this is where i shamelessly add that you can buy akai kitsune from my asian foods store. That juicy fried Tofu in the ramen. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Or if you like to try other types, i would strongly recommend Korean shin ramen (if you like spicy stuff). But of course, the king of cup noodles are things from Nissin. Japanese and Asian snacks and food store in the U.S.. Tasty microwavable rice starting from 50 cents. |

This was breakfast!!!!! Chicken Ichiban Ramen with Chicken meat, mushrooms, carrot, scallions, celery, and half of a boiled egg, topped with crunchy noodles....mmmMMMM!! *drools* sorry This was lunch!! Oh yummy lunch! Shrip Maruchan Ramen with Shrimp, and all the above ingredients!! Rikku > glad to hear you made your Ramen with those ingredients!! How did it come out??
