In college I lived on coffee - straight, black and from an urn on the back of stage that was kept brewing day & night. Definitely strong! Over time I tapered off till now I only have it with desserts or once in a while when its the best options I'm offered. My preference is still for purity. Nothing but water and the beans, please. I have a coffee maker, but it has not been used since an ice storm last winter when there were guests at the house.
My absolute favorite is still the dark, steamy, chickory-laden brew from the Cafe du Monde in New Orleans..... just the way my grandfather used to make it. Its great for sitting out on the shore watching the waves in the cold just before dawn. Only an open mind and open heart can be filled with life. ********************* Find your voice; silence will not protect you.

Coffeeeee. I like coffee, but I can't find my perfect blend right now.
For dessert coffees, this Javacula from Seattle's Best West Coffee with coffee beans and oreo all blended is so good. I want some. My family and my friend's family and I went to Corner's Backery and their espresso machine was broken. I was about to go crazy. ~Yuna7780 |

i never drink it. it gives you this horrendous breath (almost akin to smoking cigs). i was actually considering working at a coffee house for extra money but i was only at one for five minutes & the smell irritated me. even if im at the supermarket & i walk by the coffee aisle i get sick to my stomach...yea im a weird one.
