Try some real rice that hasn't had every shred of taste and nutrition literally stripped away.

Plain, steamed, glutinous rice is delicious. I always end up munching some of before adding it to other dishes or spices.

tostada is already made.
where as tostada always comes with beans.
or beans and meat, lettuce.

Tinga you serve yourself and it's usually served very wet.
It comes out like in the picture....
because I added sour cream, tinga, and lettuce.
No beans are added to this....
and it comes with a side order of
steak styled cactus.

shreded chicken in chipotle sauce.
really easy to make. It's a bit spicy if you add too much chipotle.

I hate Nopales.
