Yummy! And very easy to make. I have never tried wrapping it in omelette, but it sounds delicious. I tend to eat rice plain, often cooked with a little salt, or, if not, mixed with sake, sugar and salt after it's cooked - so sushi rice. |

usually plain. sometimes the southern usa in me puts butter and salt on it. and sometimes, when i'm at my boyfriend's mom's house, i'm forced to eat it with beans a.k.a. arroz con habichuelas .
