Question; What exactly IS 'pudding'? The stuff used to make 'uni' to me looks something like a creme caramel, but obviously I can't really tell from the picture.
When I think of pudding i'm heading for that British umbrella term that generally means desserts. Especially steamed ones. As for flan; that to me is the kind with a pastry or sponge cake base. Kind of like a fruit pie without a lid. |
