I believe favorite sushi is eel. Closely followed by octopus and a roll called crabby yummy.

It's cliche but I always love aa good bit of salmon in my sushi I also like the red caviar sushi (although I'm not sure how readily available this is in Japan). Oooh and octopus, om nom nom

Also I tried some peking duck sushi last week, not really proper sushi I know, but it seemed like a novel idea and I just had to have some

It was really nice! There was duck (of course), spring onion, cucumber and plum sauce inside the nigiri. Delicious!

I hardly eat it, since here it reaches about 50 EURO, but I like it. Come to think of it, I don't know if it's the real sushi or just a dish named like that to make it more expensive, since I didn't got the chance to go to Japan or another Asian country that serves this, this means I don't have a comparison factor to relate with.

Most places here a good serving is between 9 and 15 usd. Though there is an awesome place called sumo with very hood fresh sushi for 20 all you can eat. You just have to wait for a your orders.

My list of sushi I like is almost endless. My favorite (other than hamachi sashimi with a shico leaf or two) is a maki with natto, masago, rice and umeboshi paste.

Uh-oh....now I am hungry and its not the budget this week. Guess I will have to make my own.
