I want to know about a dish I once saw in the Japanese movie Honokaa Boy. I don't know if you have seen the movie but it looks almost like a burrito but wrapped in Cabbage leaves. In it it has Meat, Sausage, Rice, Cheese, onions, and some veggies........ It looks heavenly. Anyway what is the name of this dish? If you know the name please let me know. In case you have trouble identifying the dish I am describing, here's the clip of the movie where she makes it: YouTube - 호노카아 보이 롤케베츠 To Moderators: I'm sorry if I am not supposed to add web links on replies. If we are not supposed to please let me know and I promise I won't do it again. So my apologies in advance. |

If I ever get a chance to go to Japan, I'm definetly going to try the festival foods. Especially the sugar-coated fruits. ^^
One question though, Why do the japanese have strict rules regarding to food. Like having to eat in rotation and the rules about chopsticks? |
