I made them for the first time ever a few days ago. Our food stores have very limited supply of "exotic" foods, so pickled plum, which was what I wanted to try, was nowhere to be found so I used spicy pickled garlic instead. Tasted great! And kinda hot.. And my cat went nuts about nori haha ^^

it's good, an awesome thing to but in bentos. I haven't heard suggestions for filling inside of it anywhere else, any ideas? |

oh my gosh - where did you find that and how can I get one for myself? Would love, love, LOVE to buy this and make onigiri at home for my family

I have made ongiri once and i invited my best friend and he's reaaallly against japanese stuff but he actually liked the onigiri that i made even though i didn't have pickled plum but i put in some home made raspberry jam instead and it became quite a success
