Fugu is great! & is not dangerous if prepared properly. Just make sure the chef is licensed to prepare it lol

My Mum came to visit me in Yokohama & when told that Yokohama has one of the world's largest Chinatowns she said It's all chinatown in Japan isn't it?
Doh!!!

I wonder how you get your lisences for making fugu, if you have to have a lisences to serve......and if your being teached it, how do they know if you removed the poison sac correctly with out eating it, and if they eat it and die from poisoning...I wonder if the maker can be charged with anything....sounded like getting your fugu lisences is hard.

Of course, there are plenty of choices in Japanese. I like them very much although I cannt remember their names. Anyway, they are really lovely, health and delicious~~

I also like sushi. ^^ Especially the one which is called kappamaki (kawaiiii <3) if I know well: that one with the cucumber or similar in the middle. We make a huge sushi making party tomorrow after school. ^_^ That will be my 2nd time of eating these delicaties. P:
