Hiiya... I lovve sushi! Soo much. My only problem is, im not very brave when it comes to trying different foods. So i stick to the Tuna/Avacado sushi roles! Hmmmm, can't get enough of them

omg! just the other week my boyfriend told me to eat this chilli pepper because i didnt realise what it was.. and because it was underripe it tasted quite nice - wasnt spicy atall..

so then he told me what it was and dared me to eat a ripe one if that one wasnt spicy.. and being silly i did, and took a huge bite out of it!

it was SO hot! It actually burnt my tastebuds.. they felt numb for days...

It's japanese horseradish. I have tried the actual plant......it's pretty hot, but not quite as hot as the actual paste!
I found it quite tasty much to the amazed horror of my Japanese friends!
