This is my Ramen recipe:
1 packet Ramen noodles, and flavor pack. ( I use the brand names of Maruchan and Ichiban ) green onions or scallions mushrooms carrots half bolied egg soy sauce (optional) pork or chicken meat fried noodles (chow mein if you like) Chop up the green onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Boil water for the Ramen. ( I keep most of the water in the bowl, so it is more of like a soup.) Add green onions inside of boiling water with the Ramen noodles. I save the flavor packet and aid it to the Ramen after it has been boiled. Usually just before I eat it. I usually save the carrots and mushrooms for last so it keeps their original flavor, and I only leave them in the water for a little while. The pork meat is best when you already made it, and are just adding the left overs inside the meal. The egg half can go on top after everything is inside the bowl. Use soy sauce if you like, and a pinch of fried noodles right from the box. |

You might have to order the Ramen online and have them shipped to your location if you cannot find any in stores. Sadly, a lot of countries have few shops that they that stuff, and those that do, may be hard to find. In the US. it is easier because grocery stores usually carry imported products.

Hey Confidential, maybe you can join us on June 3rd, Sunday for RamenFest!!!
It's a day when all you eat is Ramen and nothing else. The recipe that Kanji posted is the one I use. I must add tho, that I use 2 cups of water per Ramen pkt. (this gives you a nice amount of broth) and I add the mushrooms to the bowl once everything else is cooked. The mushrooms taste better if they keep some of their freshness! Oh!! And the half egg is a boiled egg cut in half! Peace Love Recycle |

if you go to Food Network : Cooking, Recipe Collections, Party Ideas, Quick & Easy Recipes, Cooking Videos look for the show 'Good Eats' it did an eps. on sushi, and ramen (I'm not sure on the ramen, but for sure on the sushi) it shows you how to make the stuff from scratch, oh and find one on fast cooking in packets, from the same show. he show this really good res. with ramen. It's a fun show, has alot of science in it, explaining why you should do something, then something else. Hope this works
