I haven't tried that one yet, I don't remember seeing it on the menu- then again I didn't really look for that specific item. Thanks for the suggestion, next time I head to my favorite sushi restaurant I'll see if they have it and give it a try. There's a very good chance they have it.

hrmm... it's probably a moderately common item. i'd say about 60% of the places that i go to eat sushi carry it. it's way better than your original hokigai, the smaller clam.

I do remember trying hokihai, it was a long time ago. I thought it was OK, but it really didn't tickle me. Have you ever tried japanese freshwater crab? They're so tiny! pop em in your mouth and eat em whole. That was fun to eat.

I'm english.
I'd eat sushi. But I don't actually eat any meat, or fish. I'd deffinetly want to try it but that would go against why I don't eat it. So my view is that I would like to but can't. Which means Im a non-Japanease person that thinks sushi would be nice. ![]() |

Everyone I know loves it apart from me hahah. But uh, I don;t like cold rice D: And I can only rly have cucumber sushi (is a veggie) |
