that eliminates one of the places, you do not get to see it prepared there ... they just take your order and come back with it ...
the other two fix it in front of you ... hmmm one is near my workplace ... may see about stopping in after work or for lunch. |

Well its not too bad in volcanos. If you are going to drown everything in mayo anyway, the texture will suffice for crab. Besides, I consider that much (what's a civil word for it?) on crab or lobster to be shellfish abuse. Not that I don't indulge in it once in a while, maybe once every few years.

I love sushi and I hit to the Chinese BUffet every weekend to have Sushi.
