There are 2 places in my town that serves fresh n safe to eat sushi Osaka n Sumo Shushi. My favortie is Osaka, I eat there maybe 2 times a month. I love me some raw fish! MMM MMM GOOD! Very Expensive but worth every bite.

Nice site. But where are you plying your trade? I am always up for sampling another Itamae's artistry.

BTW anyone have a recommendation for sushi in Chicago in the Chinatown area. I may be treating a friend from Kyoto, so I want to be sure of my choice if possible. Unfortunately I can't afford the two places I know and they aren't in that part of town, either.

Well its not too bad in volcanos. If you are going to drown everything in mayo anyway, the texture will suffice for crab. Besides, I consider that much (what's a civil word for it?) on crab or lobster to be shellfish abuse. Not that I don't indulge in it once in a while, maybe once every few years.

ahhh sushi soooo good. I love Hissho sushi's Nagano Twillight. I know it may not be sushi but I recently tries squid slad mmmmmmmm.

I love sushi and I hit to the Chinese BUffet every weekend to have Sushi.
