RAMEN IS SO AMAZING! me and my b/f are addicted to it- actually I just had two packs yesterday- with my favorite Japanese bowls and chopsticks ^_^ love love love it

recipes for japanese food - 10-18-2008, 03:39 PM

anyone have some good recipes for japanese food? i can make gohan (steamed rice) pretty well but i would like some food to go along with itXD

I don't know how authentic it is but yaki soba is great. I had a missionary who spent years in Japan make some and it was delicious. His twist on it was adding small pieces of bacon. You can find various soba "kits" online and at your local grocer, enjoy. :-D

after used to having fake ramen (maruchan) and then eat real ramen it's sooo weird! i love the fake stuff beter now!....

4 out of every 5 people posting in this thread have never actually tried real ramen noodles. If your ramen comes in a bag or a package and goes into boiling water, then it's not real ramen.
