I like Miso and Shouyu (soy sauce) about the same.

Soy goes better with it, the other goes good with rice.

isn't the other way? for me, anyway. i like long rice with chicken broth and mushrooms.

me too but i like tantan men the best. but the thread starter is talking about adding shouyu or teriyaki sauce to instant ramen i think... mazui aji to omouyo

never tried either, actually...we only get those instant ramen packets here, like the cup o noodles(with freezedried vegetables) and seasoned single serving things << i usually just boil the ramen, drain them, coat them in butter, and then put a little seasoning on (that stuff's strong)

I love salt, soy sauce, tonkotsu, tantanme, miso just about every flavor I can find. But the most important is the Rayu or a spicy oil.. makes the rame spicy and don't forget the pickled ginger .. yum hungry just thinking of ramen
