i think that if you are willing to try japanese food, you have to keep an opened mind. i'd say about half of japanese foods are eaten raw and a lot of them are seafood.
if you wanna get adventurous you might want to try sukiyaki. it's a hot pot with broth and various vegetables and meats are cooked inside. in a side bowl, you take a raw egg and scramble it and this is your dipping sauce. mmmmmmmmmmm it sounds weird, but it's sooooooo good. raverboy |

half of what u all said i heard of but i really don't know what it is.....i 'm opened minded but it's hard 2 eat something raw when ur whole life u had ur stuff cooked u know...but one thing i cant be open minded about is spicy food....i mean really spicy....lol....i know that's weird

How about leek soup? I get it from the store all the time. It's usually in the soup aisle in a pouch. All you do is mix it with milk and water and then simmer it for 5 minutes. It's really tasty.
