Hey!! I wanna correct your mistakes.
or (I don't know if following is correct in grammer, but it often used)

(You compare two jobs and training to practicing Japanese so I think that 'ha' is sutable.) (I think that "なくてはいけない(nakutehaikenai)" is a formal expression and "ないといけない(naitoikenai)" and "なくちゃいけない(nakutyaikenai)" is more suitable in this context) 今から、毎日、->今日から毎日、(I think that the combination of "今から(imakara)" and "毎日(mainiti)" is not good.)

Thanks mame for your help! Really appreciate it!
I will try and learn what you have taught me. Though my kanji knowledge is quite limited so unfortunately I don't know how to pronounce some of the things you're saying. I will look it up though (Good evening! Today I am so happy! I talked to my Japanese friend! At the moment she is in Japan. I like her a lot! Today was also sunny. Tomorrow I have work, will return home and then go to my second job! Too bad.. I think I will be busy. Because I only worked two days last week, this week I don't have much money. But this week I am working 6 days!!! I'm looking forward to next week. I will become a rich person!) Anyway... feel free to help out! I know it's sloppy but I'm out of practice at the moment since University has finished for the year. And thanks again mame! |

ummm just back to the first post,
well, mame has already corrected your misuse of はじめる i should tell you that はじめる and はじまる, although both meaning "to start" are used in different ways generally i think of it along the lines of: はじめる- to start, but can be controlled/caused by oneself i.e. 試合を始めましょう - lets start the game. これから練習始めます- we're starting practice now while, はじまる- to start, but isnt actually 'done' by a person i.e. 春休みが始まった- Spring break has started 雨が降り始まった- It started to rain 分かりますか? well you shouldnt strictly go by those um... 'definitions' but in almost every case of はじまる vs まじめる ive faced in my years of learning japanese, they call under those categories, cant think of any exceptions at the moment AANNYYYWAY enough of that lol ill just do what i can for now hopefully mame or another of the pros can come along and help need to be helping out otherwise i too will get rusty lol ummm i guess you could do: 日本人の友達と話したんだ → 日本の友達と話した, but cant really explain, just how i feel about the sentence lol >< 「明日は、仕事があって、家に帰って 、二つ目の仕事に行く」.... this sentence sort of sounds broken to me if i was to write the sentence, mine would look like: 明日、仕事が終わったら家に帰って、また他の仕事に行 く。 ummmm oh and if these are part time jobs youre talking about, instead of 仕事, you should use アルバイト (or shortened: バイト) oh and yeh i feel real rusty now haha, after writing that sentence i sort of feel that it sounds weird to me as well xD *stabs self* lol anyway 「今週、あまりお金が ない」 → 「今週、あまり金(が)ない」 seeing as you're usually typing in informal-ish, you dont really need that お before 金, and が id say is optional for picky corrections (following the steps of mame, and yeah i think its a good way to get rid of your minor but bad habits.... and they wont be minor after some time imo) 今週は、六日も働く → 今週は六日も働く 来週が楽しみにだ → 来週が楽しみだ (or 来週が楽しみにしてる) お金持ちになる → again the お isnt neccessary for that last bit, you could also write: 来週、金持ちになるのに楽しみ(にしてる) or 来週、金持ちになる事に楽しみ(にしてる) thats just my contribution for now, will need some sleep =] hope mame comes and corrects anything i may have missed and hopefully all the mistakes i may have made D: TheUnknown: Half-Brother Sachiko: Great Grand Sister Laina: Older Great Grand Sister MaymeRachael: Twin Sister Hentaro: Half-Sister Yuri: Lil Half-Sister Tsuzuki: Angel, (Im her devil, RawR) xYinniex: From-Prison Correspondant Sutiiven: Fellow Anti-Stalker Powermad147: Family stalker, ill stop him! ...Am emiluvsjmusic's Turnip... Thank you, Shadowulf san
I think that Shadowulf has already correct mistakes that Ronin4hire made, so I wanna try to correct mistakes Shadowulf made. ummmm....I can't explain how to chose 始める or 始まる. I think that explanation that Shadowulf gave is reasonable. but, I can't sure... Anyway, I wanna try to correct something. (I think that it is better to put "を(wo)".) 雨が降り始まった -> 雨が降り始めた (renyoukei of the verb + 始める) I think 日本人の友達と話したんだ is better than 日本の友達と話した in this context. 金 -> (お)金 (The expression 金 includes a kind of rude sounds and it is often used by a thief in plays or books. It is also used in daily life. But, I think お金 is better in this context. But, I think 金 is possible.) (I think that when someone talks in daily life, が and を are often removed, but when someone writes, it is better to put が or を.) The sentense 来週が楽しみにだ is not correct, and Shando_san has already corrected it. 来週が楽しみにだ -> 来週が楽しみだ But, the sentense 来週が楽しみにしている is not correct. (I think that the sentense "__を 楽しみに して いる。" come from the sentense "__を__にする。".) |
