I am downloading sounds from a (Japanese) site. It says "free use", but I can't read enough to understand the agreement. I have the document here. I would like to know what it means.

It's a shame I can't translate it for you.. There's some kanji in there and verbs that I just have no idea what they mean. Maybe someone else can help you

That's the site I host myself.

Thanks for copying the text. I really just need to know if there are special things I should/shouldn't do when using these sound effects in something I am distributing.

It says you cannot distibute without express permission. (i.e. burning onto a CD you sell.
