Howard - if you want to get technical even Japanese will at times when using romaji write a C instead of a K and if you noticed when you type on the keyboad CA = か just the same as KA. so lets just let her enjoy the C on her name ^^

Riccado - it is correct the only thing i want to point out is the ku sound would not be pronounced strongly it would be a soft ku sound, with the emphasis on the sound of the K rather than the u.
the script your name, like all others, is written in is katakana.

It is pronounced "KARIINA". (Consonants are pronounced more or less the same way as in English. "A" sounds like a in father, but shorter. "I" sounds like ee in meet, but shorter. Double vowels like "II" are held for twice the duration of single vowels.)
