I use saiga-jp.com a lot, and for printed dictionaries I recommend anything with a SKIP index. This one is a set of virtual flashcards presented in Java App: Drill and learn the Japanese kanji, learn Japanese . Great way to drill the kanji into your head, if you can read Kana.
