(I can't understand the address and the conditional phrase to responsable person(?))

(didn't understand nothing here - will cards to be returned?

Please, I'm confuse about date (February and May) will the prizes be announced in February or in May? - can you help me here too?

The winner will be announced in May in "Yomiuri Shinbun"(newspaper) and in JUMP issue#25.
It says some prizes such as telephonecards will not be announced, you'll know it if you receive one.

I got someone to translate it to Chinese and I translated it back to English. I am not sure if it is right or not...
