It would be most tragic ^_~

Luckily I had a hood on my jacket, I forgot my umbrella! But it was also extremely windy so it would have turned inside-out anyway which is really embarrasing >.<

Welcome to JF! If you hate Europe weather, you would hate Chicago (Illinois) weather. It's suppose to be spring but it just snowed 2 days ago and last week. -.- For someone learning Japanese would would be a good study method? (falsh cards, reading notes, ect.)

Thank you, I appreciate the advice mate, I actually plan to visit and possibly live in Japan for awhile. So this learning is crucial.

Was it something I said? Whatever it was, I didn't mean it. I haven't meant anything I've said for years. Except what I just said. I think

Arigatou minnasan!

I hope you all and me will be good friends, and when I have more spare time, I will gladly help you all out.

There is also another way to learn japanese phonetically, it's a site for people who travel for the first time in Japan.

Oh, another part-Japanese person (I'm beginning to think there are more of us here than full blood Japanese)

I lived in Yokohama as well, but in Aoba-ku.

Welcome, BTW.

Yup, I'm going to Japan this summer as a foreign exchange student, but I don't know where yet. I've been teaching myself Japanese for about a year and a half... If I have any questions, I might just ask!
