The character for "shi" and "si" are the same, and the pronunciation would be the same.

ok sorry about that nubatama i was wrong. by the way we never got around pronouncing the name,''SHION''. i know shun is pronounce shoe-n.but that's weird you don't hear of many boys with names of a flower.
