'shite' isn't a word, it's a suffix for a verb that's derivative of the work 'suru' which means 'do'. It's like you're putting the word 'do' at the end of a verb like you're saying 'do love', and it can become many different word endings which I still get a little confused about.

No Japanese, myself included, would use the verb '愛する' to say "I love the snow". If you did, we would likely to think you had a special fetish about snow.
james1254 has the most natural-sounding phrase above, which is "雪が大好き" |
