じゃあ、そんな訳で.
It was in a video, where a woman was going away and say bye to a man. Background voice said that Japanese people like playing with the ambiguity of their words referring to the jaa sonna wake de.

It is ambigious, so it is hard to give an exact meaning, but it's something like "That's the way it is".
