Supposedly Korean grammar is very similar to Japanese grammar. It's pretty easy for Koreans to learn Japanese.

Japanese is very easy and simple. If Kanji is hard, you can write Hiragana. Kids write Hiragana a lot. But English has "The" and "A", makes me confuse. And spelling is hard. So many times, "Silent E". Maybe Japanese is hard for you, because you are usual to English.

Isn't Younha have stayed for couple of years in Japan before being singer like now? Japanese and korean language arent have same grammar. Nihon go and hangul are kinda different.
Aishiteru - Saranghaeyo = love you
And btw it's hard if you think it hard. The Kanji is yes kinda hard.

....and I see for one fleeting moment
A paradise under the sun
I drift away
And I make my way back to you...

We cannot say Japanese is "hard" or "easy" because it is different for everyone.

Yes i mean base on our mind, if we think Japanese is hard then it might be hard for us to learn it coz we think the difficulties.
But for me personally learning kanji is hard >,<;

My concept is this:
Be like a child. Try to absorb every bit of it as if it were all you knew.
To achieve this state of mind perfectly may be exremely difficult or even impossible, but making an effort to reach it may still prove to hold some value.

Japanese people aren't robots, afterall; There are different personalities, different methods of thought, different interests and skills... But, ultimately, despite the individual differences, they still speak a common language that is Japanese. So, basically, anyone can do it... It's just a matter of how.

If Korean is as similar to Japanese as I think it is, it'd make sense that Koreans can learn Japanese easier (and vice versa). French, Spanish and Italian are influenced greatly by Latin and share many similarities.
When I got introduced to French, I picked-up on it fairly quickly... Not just by my enthusiasm, but also from the Spanish lessons I'd taken prior.

Japanese isn't too hard. For me though, it's the writing (and I'm just starting to learn Katakana, which is sad to say it's so hard). But like others have said, it's different for everyone.

For me it's a mix.

I find the Hiragana and katakana, speaking and the writing easy. The places where I have problems is reading fluently and translating/grammar.

And wait, German is one of the most difficult languages out there? I beg to differ.
