Maybe I put the question wrong. I know that in the である there is no location marker role, but it means roughly "exist as/like, with the figure of" (I wouldn't know how to explain my thoughts better). I just didn't know till what part にて could replace で, since in that dictionary just said it was another form of で, but didn't specify what kind of use of で.
So by your asnwer I guess にて as a pure meaning of location mark with an action taking place there. No other meanings suchas である or 日本語で...
