So I take off the entire wrapper? Cuz there is that weird dotted line there. No adding water? What do the "4" and "15" number denote? Thanks.

I assume you are going to microwave, so I won't go into how to cook it otherwise.

Just be sure the flap's open, doesn't need to be pulled back just not sealed shut. 2 minutes
