We have friends moving to Japan. Could someone please tell me how to write 2 phrases in Japanese?

"We will miss you." and "We love you."

The problem is these aren't phrases commonly said in Japanese.

I would just go with

がんばって！

We will miss you.
あなたがいなくなると、さびしくなります。
(anata ga inakunaru to sabisiku narimasu)

We love you.
私たちは、あなたが大好きです。
(watasi tachi ha anata ga daisuki desu)


If you is plural person:

あなたたちがいなくなると、さびしくなります。
(anata tachi ga inakunaru to sabisiku narimasu)

We love you.

These are all DICTIONARY translations. I can't imagine a native Japanese speaker saying any of them in real life. I personally have never said, have never heard anyone say, and will never say anything close to these.

I highly recommend that the OP take MMM's advice.

There are too many 私s and あなたs to sound remotely native. My rule of thumb is that if you catch yourself saying such pronouns, you're probably doing something wrong. A bit of an overstatement, but this is one of the biggest errors new learners of Japanese make. You don't need to use pronouns when people will understand what you mean without them.

Think of it like "Study Japanese!" Note that "you" is not used in the sentence, yet you still understood what the sentence means: "Hey, YOU, study Japanese!".
