hmm i think it could be written like this:

PS3を改善するアイデアがこのCDに入っています。

or

CDの内容はPS3を改善する提案などです。

someone else might have a better translation, but for now, this is my version.

You've gotta use the term 改善案 if not my whole sentence. That's just
about the only term used in the Japanese manufacturing industry to mean "ideas to improve ~~".
