I think this is the correct translation. Even though I'm a beginner in Japanese, after consulting my dictionary, I got this:

君 (kimi):you
に(ni):indicates such things as location of person or thing, location of short-term action
胸(mune):chest
キュン(kyun):momentary tightening of one's chest caused by powerful feelings

...and put it together.
Is this part of a song or something?

キュン isn't really a word strictest sense. It's a "gitaigo"
"擬態語 (hiragana ぎたいご, romaji gitaigo)

1. (grammar) an ideophone; a word the sound of which represents something inaudible, a non-auditory sensation, or a psychological state"

擬態語 - Wiktionary

there are tons of these kinds of "words" in Japanese. For example, ドキドキ、 ワクワク、ウキウキ、ムカムカ、etc.

Anyway, 君に胸キュン is an expression you use to tell someone (the person referred to as 君 or "you"), either directly or in your head, that you're in love with that person and the thought of that person makes your heart skip a beat/hurt or takes your breath away. But I must add that this expression sounds very manga/anime-esque (especially manga for girls) and isn't commonly used the real world.
