Seriously, if you can't read it, then either check it against a kana chart or if its a kanji check an online kanji dictionary for the readings.

キ- in kana is like "ki" (im not sure about this one)
ュ - in kana is like " yu"
ン - in kana is like "so"


But I dont know the meaning of it...

I'm pretty sure it means "my heart skips a beat for you" . 胸キュン  is what happens with you're chest when you feel strongly about something/someone.

Don't look at it as Ki-Yu

It's Kyu. See the small ュ as a part of キ.....キュ

and is N
