first picture means “DR.Jing Rong’s hospital”（金融？Well，maybe it's the doctor‘s name，a strange name .Jing Rong（金融）usually means ”finance“in Chinese）
And other pictures I can hardly find any similar expresses in English because this is ancient Chinese。well，I can only tell you those words’ functions are similar to advertising。

you can simply understand them as “I‘m a good doctor”
