My Japanese language menu is in Japanese, but I know it is possible to make it into English. How do I do that?

The Japanese is normal :P Where you see the A, that is where you switch between the input languages. If it helps, you can right-click on oneo f the buttons and choose (Text Labels) and it will show your language next to the buttons.

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.

I am emberessed to say it, but I did not understand what you've meant. I already understood that clicking the A I can switch it into Katakana and Hiragana, but I'v seen such menu totally in English. Is it possible to change it to English until I'll have a better grasp on Japanese?

Here is a pic I've found:

Thanks and sorry for bothering you to explain it to me again

Hm, I'm not sure. When you click on the A, it should show what they are in the system language on the computer. If you are not sure, here is the order they are in from top to bottom:

Hiragana
Full-width Katakana
Full-width Alphanumeric
Half-width Katakana
Half-width Alphanumeric
Direct Input

Can you take a screenshot of your screen when you push on the A so I can see what shows up for you?

It is in Japanese, but I have the first letter of the type of Japanese letters within () which helps me. But still.

Figured it out! Follow these instructions (I'm hoping it is the same hehe).

Right-click on the language bar and click on "Settings..."
Then, you should see, under the "General" tab, the following:

Japanese (Japan)
Keyboard
•Microsoft IME

Click on "Microsoft IME", then click on "Properties..."

Under the first tab, at the very bottom, click where this picture shows:

From that menu, either choose the very top item or 英語 (for English).

Then click on Apply, and OK. Let me know if this works for you.

Yours might be slightly different than mine since I am running Windows 7, but look for what I mentioned above.

Damn it. It would probably work, but I have this error - which I assume means that I missing some files needed:

It apeared when I tried to move to the far right tab, from which I supposed to continue according your instructions.

And thank you for your help and patience!

It looks like you went to the tab that deals with the dictionary layouts. The option should be in your very first tab. "全般"

That is the tab I clicked in the first place, and then the error apeared.

Ah, that's awkward. It must have a word that isn't in a known Windows dictionary. Sorry =\
