T-shirt translation - 04-25-2009, 03:32 PM

I recently bought myself a t-shirt with the logo from japanese band Gallhammer. On the back of this shirt there is some caligraphy that I would like to have translated.

Below is a pic of the shirt.

Thanks in advance.

I swear this will be my last time doing a T-shirt or tattoo on JF or anywhere else. I studied my butt off (literally!) to learn a few foreign languages including English. You guys can do the same to learn Japanese.

And SHADOW, this time it ain't gibberish, which is so rare. I even kinda like it.

"Over the Black River
They bloom out of season
In the silence indifferent to worldly affairs
They linger"

Note: What the "they" means isn't mentioned in the poem.

No offenses Nagoyankeeさん, but written like that I think only native Japanese could have understood. Even now that you translated I have problems in finding words like balck or river or season...It is like reading notes written by a doctor...sometimes not even native speakers can read them (for sure I couldn't read my doctor's hand writing back when I still lived in Italy).

暗闇の中 歩くしかねぇ
everything’s gonna be okay 恐れることねぇ
辛い時こそ胸を張れ

That's a damn hard thing to read. There is a character in there that isn't even in Japanese anymore: ゑ. I'm not even sure how to type it on my Mac (had to copipe from Wikipedia). It's "we" in Windows, though. I honestly can only make this out:

?ゑの川に
?い咲き
??静に
佇む.

I wonder what the first letter is... Geez!!

?黒の川に
狂い咲き
孤高の静寂に
佇む

Well, it means black river anyways without first one
